OpenRiot v7.1 — Locked & Loaded
“A lock screen is just a wallpaper until someone actually designs it.” — The OpenRiot Crew
Release Overview
v7.1 fixes every lock screen in the set. The original lock screen images were placeholders — now replaced with proper, purpose-designed wallpapers across all 14 lock screens.
The stealth variants (01s.png through 04s.png) are
replaced alongside the standard screens. Your lock screen
finally matches the quality of the rest of the desktop.
The main screenshot (assets/screenshot.png) is updated to
reflect the current state of the desktop after all recent
visual changes.

🗣️ Final Words
“I used to think the lock screen was just a backdrop. Turns out it was the first impression.” — Some User, probably
v7.1 is the lock screen release that should have shipped with v7.0. Every screen is replaced, every stealth variant updated, and the screenshot finally shows what you actually get when you install. No more placeholder imagery.
